Welcome to Nexus, a product by Majengo Systems. By downloading, accessing, or using the Nexus application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Majengo Systems grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Nexus for the purpose of testing and securing your own APIs or APIs you have explicit authorization to test. You may not use Nexus for unauthorized penetration testing, malicious attacks, or any illegal activities.
Payments for Pro and Team subscriptions are processed securely through our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy. By subscribing, you agree to their payment terms. The Enterprise plan is handled through direct manual invoicing and is not orchestrated or restricted by Lemon Squeezy.
Nexus is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While Nexus is designed to identify vulnerabilities, we do not guarantee that it will find all security flaws in your software. Majengo Systems is not responsible for any damage, data loss, or security breaches resulting from the use or inability to use the software.
In no event shall Majengo Systems be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of Nexus.
